Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at EMAIL. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as sale or bulk items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards.
