We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at EMAIL. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Orders usually ship the same or next business day. Standard USPS shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the continental US, but may take longer during peak times.

We package all orders in discreet bubble wrap envelopes, with larger orders shipped in boxes for added protection.
